FDA Compliant
Newman Sanitary Gasket
Company is the first company to manufacture our own gaskets and "O"-rings
that meet the requirements of the FDA.
USP Class VI Compliant
Newman Sanitary Gasket Company is the only gasket, "O"-ring
and custom molded manufacturer to offer you USP Class VI compliant certification
of our elastomer compound formulations. Ten of our elastomer compounds were
submitted to Toxikon, a federally bonded independent laboratory, for testing.
We have four Silicone, three Viton®, and two EPDM compounds as well
as our Silverback (50/50 PTFE and stainless steel) that are USP Class VI
compliant. Our compounds are specifically formulated for companies requiring
the highest sanitary standards. Teflon® fluoropolymer is also classified
as Class VI compliant and is supplied direct from DuPont.

ISO 9001:2008 Certification
The NSF-ISR has registered and assessed Newman Sanitary Gasket
to be in conformance with the ISO 9001:2008 standards for the manufacturing
and distribution of sanitary gaskets and custom molded parts for the food,
beverage, dairy and pharmaceutical processing industries. We currently maintain
a quality system that is regularly assessed for compliance to ISO standards.
