Newman’s custom rubber extrusions are available in straight cut-lengths or in bonded shapes to form a continuous component. We also extrude custom rubber profiles (limited to 1” in diameter) from 2 to 50 foot lengths from our Buna-N, Viton™, and EPDM compounds. Custom extruded rubber parts can be made to your specifications in compounds that meet your requirements. Our specially formulated compounds are unique and proprietary.

Extrusion Types
- FDA Manhole Gaskets Universal Gaskets will fit all standard size 16”x 20” doors, with the exception of Pfaudler. If you are looking for a non-standard gasket, please contact us so we can design the correct size and fit.
- Cord Stock Newman has a wide range of cord stock in various materials and thickness. These cord stocks are available by the foot or custom made into “o”-rings. Material available: Buna (black & white), EPDM (black & white), Silicone (white & red) and Viton™ (black & white)

Sheet Material We offer high quality sheet material made from our own specially formulated compounds. Sheet material is available in various thickness and in 36” standard width. Material can be ordered by the linear inch and is most suitable for die cutting.
